Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- Helmets & Protective Gear (once removed from original packaging)
- Bike Tools & Maintenance products (if opened or used)
- Bike Accessories that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item(s) securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color:
- Follow the return process above
- In your email, specify the item you’d like instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- You’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs if exchanging for a lower-priced item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item.
