  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Return items in new, unused condition with all original packaging
  • Securely package items and write RMA number on the outside of the box

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Helmets & Protective Gear once removed from original packaging
  • Bike Tools & Maintenance products if opened or used
  • Bike Accessories that have been installed or show signs of use

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
